Salty Whipped Cream

Big, fluffy dollops of whipped cream infused with vanilla and La Tovara Mangrove honey—it’s a delicious take on whipped cream, which can often be overly sweet and a little boring.  Add it over the top of rich, dark espresso--it's an espresso con panna elevated to new heights. Use it to top off an Irish whiskey, and it becomes part of the savory, caramel of the whiskey. Or use it to top a poached pear to add luxuriousness without too much sweetness. The pairings are endless with this delicious delight!

1 cup heavy whipping cream
¼ cup La Tovara Mangrove Honey
1 Tbsp vanilla

Pour whipping cream into a large mixing bowl.  Whip with a hand-held mixer on high until the cream starts to thicken. Add honey and continue to mix until fluffy peaks form.  Add vanilla and mix until desired consistency is reached—or until stiff peaks form.
