Blackberry Bourbon Lemonade
Blackberry Bourbon lemonade is a light, refreshing cocktail, perfect for summer—or imagining summer in the middle of a snow storm. Jammy, fragrant Blackberry Honey Syrup is featured along with Elijah Craig small batch. The blackberry pairs well with the spice and vanilla accents in the bourbon; lemon and meadow honey bring out the notes of mint, wood, and nutmeg. Shaken with egg white, the drink is rounded, smooth, and flavorful.
1.5 oz Elijah Craig Bourbon
1 Tbsp Blackberry Honey Syrup
6 oz fresh lemonade
1 egg white
Dash of Angostura Aromatic Bitters
Pour Elijah Craig Bourbon and Blackberry Honey Syrup into a cocktail shaker. Shake to combine. Add lemonade and egg white to shaker, and shake vigorously for about a minute, or until egg white becomes frothy. Pour into a tall glass over ice and add a dash of Angostura bitters. Enjoy!
